Who is MasFriends International?
MasFriends International is more than a band. It’s a family of friends who’ve been feting, liming, and playing mas together for decades.
Born out of the pure love for Jouvert morning, Carnival traditions, and unforgettable memories, the group decided to channel that vibe into something bigger: an experience they could share with others.
Is this the same band as “Jouvert Junkiez”?
Nope! We’re not affiliated with that group.
We’re MasFriends International, a fully registered band based in Port of Spain, and built by a tight-knit crew who’ve been playing Jouvert and mas together for years. Jouvert Junkies is simply our 2025 theme, inspired by our deep love for traditional Jouvert culture - mud, paint, powder, music, and nonstop vibes.
